The terms and conditions below apply to all enquiries submitted to Countrywide Legal Indemnities by email.

Terms and conditions

Any reference to 'you' or 'your' means the person who initiated the email quotation request. Any mention of 'we', 'us' or 'our' means Countrywide Legal Indemnities Ltd.

1. We accept no liability whatsoever for the loss or security of any data transmitted to and from us.
2. We will only accept email 'attachments' if presented in the formats listed at the end of these Terms and Conditions.
3. You will receive confirmation of receipt for any email sent to us. If you do not receive such confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us immediately on 01603 617617.
4. Quotations and all subsequent correspondence will be provided as an attachment to our emails in Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format only.
5. The contents of any email sent to you by us must not be amended or varied in any way.
6. Before confirming cover we may require original documentation or certified copies.
7. We can only accept premium payments by cheque made payable to Countrywide Legal Indemnities Limited.
8. We provide final signed Policy documentation by email and post for all policies ordered online within 2 working days of receiving your cheque, provided we have also received any necessary information and supporting documentation. Documentation for policies ordered offline is subject to the same conditions and will be despatched by DX or post only.
9. We reserve the right to amend the Terms and Conditions at any time. You will be notified of any changes accordingly. Your continued use of our email facility will constitute your acceptance of the amended Terms and Conditions.
10. We reserve the right to withdraw this email facility at any time.
