We recently made some significant changes to our residential contaminated land policy, and we're pleased to tell you that the changes have now also been applied to our equivalent commercial cover.
This means that Terraffirm, our contaminated land policy for existing retail and light or non-industrial properties, can now be obtained for as little as £126 for a £100,000 policy limit.
The standard period of cover has now been increased too, from 10 to 15 years.
